2. Orders & Payment
Fixed-scope packages are billed as described at the point of order. Custom or enterprise engagements are quoted separately. All fees are due per the agreed schedule.
3. Deliverables & Revisions
Each package lists its deliverables and included revision rounds. Additional work beyond the stated scope may be quoted as an add-on.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to the delivered configuration for your business use. OmegaAI Systems retains rights to its underlying frameworks, tooling, and reusable components.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during an engagement and to use it solely for delivering the services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmegaAI Systems' total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
